Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Carpenter for $25/hr for a company in Marysville, WA. This work is full performed 100% indoors in a warehouse and is a full-time, permanent. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Trim Installation: Install various types of trim including baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, window casings, and cabinetry. Precision Work: Accurately measure, cut, and fit trim pieces to ensure clean transitions between surfaces and a polished, professional finish. Exterior Work: Install exterior siding and windows with attention to detail and durability. Interior Work: Hang sheetrock, install vinyl and insulation, and assist with final-stage construction tasks. Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Requirements Must pass a tape measure test at Express. Must bring basic tools (tool bag, hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, etc.). Proficient in using saws and reading a tape measure. Experience with window trim, siding, and finish carpentry is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of recent work history and two professional references ready to be considered. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete high-quality finish work.

We are a family-owned one hundred+ person residential design-build firm that has been in the business for over thirty years specializing in high quality custom remodels and new homes. We have our own fully equipped cabinet shop where we make custom cabinetry for our clients. Responsibilities: This role will work under the direction of shop staff – cabinet makers and Shop Lead. Primary duties include all basic elements of cabinet making plus fit and assemble face frames, fit doors and drawer fronts, install specialty runners and pin hinges, install cabinets on-site, build solid wood tops, corbels and brackets, build basic furniture. This role also oversees cabinet maker 3s for quality, can be the point person on small cabinet projects, and may create parts and cut lists and execute through completion. General field carpentry is also possible. Ability to train others is preferred. We seek: A candidate that has had 5 years of cabinet making under their belt. The candidate must be able to respond to a timeline or schedule, is self-motivated and takes initiative. Is a quick learner when it comes to cabinet shop methods and quality standards, using shop tools and equipment safely, and reading a plan set. The candidate must be a good problem solver and can work well with others.
