As a Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding pipes and related components according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards. Your expertise in various welding techniques, your ability to work with different pipe materials, and your commitment to safety and quality are crucial for the success of our project. Responsibilities: --Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications to determine welding requirements. --Select appropriate welding procedures, techniques, and filler metals based on project specifications and pipe materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel). --Prepare pipe surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and beveling edges. --Perform various welding processes, including SMAW (stick), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW, in accordance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API). --Lay out, fit, and tack weld pipes and components prior to final welding. --Perform visual inspections and may conduct other non-destructive testing (NDT) as required to ensure weld quality. --Maintain weld quality and integrity, ensuring welds meet or exceed project specifications. --Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe welding practices. --Inspect and maintain welding equipment and tools. Qualifications: --Proven experience as a Pipe Welder (5+ years preferred). --TIG WELDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED --Demonstrated proficiency in multiple welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW). --Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications. --Knowledge of various pipe materials and their welding characteristics. --Familiarity with relevant welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME Section IX, API 1104). --Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures. --Ability to use and maintain welding equipment and tools. --Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. --Ability to work independently and as part of a team. --Physical ability to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments. --Valid driver's license. The individual (for now, more to come) will be responsible for both car washing/drying as well as detailing. We have our own fully equipped cabinet shop where we make custom cabinetry for our clients. Responsibilities: This role will work under the direction of shop staff – cabinet makers and Shop Lead. Primary duties include all basic elements of cabinet making plus fit and assemble face frames, fit doors and drawer fronts, install specialty runners and pin hinges, install cabinets on-site, build solid wood tops, corbels and brackets, build basic furniture. This role also oversees cabinet maker 3s for quality, can be the point person on small cabinet projects, and may create parts and cut lists and execute through completion. General field carpentry is also possible. Ability to train others is preferred. We seek: A candidate that has had 5 years of cabinet making under their belt. The candidate must be able to respond to a timeline or schedule, is self-motivated and takes initiative. Is a quick learner when it comes to cabinet shop methods and quality standards, using shop tools and equipment safely, and reading a plan set. The candidate must be a good problem solver and can work well with others. You should want to work in a highly collaborative, schedule driven environment that values work culture and high-quality results. The candidate must be able to lift and move up to 75lbs. Candidate would be required to bring the following hand-tools with them: tape measure, cordless drill/driver, adjustable square, countersink drill bit and driver bits.
