Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our service team at MainStreet Motors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks. • Diagnose and repair automotive issues, including engine problems, transmission issues, and electrical malfunctions. • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and address potential problems. • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately determine the root cause of issues. • Perform repairs and replacements of vehicle components, such as brakes, suspensions, exhaust systems, and more. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. • Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs. • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to safety and quality standards. • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
