Title: Harvest Fresh Frozen Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a large-scale fresh frozen harvest. This role will focus on efficiently harvesting plants and preparing them for immediate freezing to preserve terpene and profiles. Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on work and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities: - Harvest plants by hand with care and precision. - Transport freshly cut plants to processing areas. - Remove fan leaves and prepare material for fresh frozen storage. - Weigh and record wet material accurately. - Package and properly store harvested material to ensure quality preservation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment. Follow all compliance, safety, and facility protocols. Support the cultivation team with other harvest-related duties as needed. The Finishing General Worker loads paper advertisements onto an inserting machine hopper and/or removes inserted paper products from the inserter machine and bundles copies using a strapping machine, then stacks finished product onto pallets.
