As an Associate Estimator, you will work closely with Estimating Leads to prepare bids, review contracts, and manage projects from planning and budgeting to execution and quality control. EOE/M/F/D/V Requirements Job Responsibilities: ·         Assist in preparing bidding strategies, cost estimates, and contract reviews. ·         Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. ·         Prepare estimates for various subcontractors. ·         Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines. ·         Track historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products. ·         Work with clients, vendors, personnel and construction foremen to align project goals and resolve issues. ·         Planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines. ·         Produce and distribute project documents to the operations team. ·         Utilize cost estimation tools, HCSS and Microsoft Excel.
