Requirements U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred CNNC, Security+ or other relevant IT and Cyber Security Certifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on large-scale system integration. Proficient in various programming languages and tools used in systems development Strong knowledge of systems architecture, integration methodologies, and lifecycle processes Excellent project management and communication skills. This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Provide technical insights and advice to customer stakeholders for the project’s planning & execution. Support project sponsors and the team to communicate, report, and collaborate with Toyota’s counterpart departments in Japan. Applies project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices as directed by senior management or that are most appropriate for the project. Requirements Bachelor’s degree  Japanese/English bilingual  3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.  Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.  Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)  Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. Streaming Support Services -Provide first-level support for live streaming systems, cameras, and related hardware. -Assist clients with troubleshooting connectivity, networking, and streaming issues. 2. System Builds & Installations -Assemble and configure off-grid solar systems for remote deployments. -Install and configure IP cameras, solar systems, and networking hardware on-site and in the shop. -Support field deployment and service trips as needed. 3. Technical Setup & Configuration -Configure IP networking, wireless systems, and solar controllers. -Test and integrate camera hardware with streaming servers and software. -Perform soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly for DC power systems. 4.
