The focus is purely on reconciliation—matching transactions, clearing discrepancies, and ensuring every bank, credit-card, and vendor account ties out perfectly. Once the books balance, I also rely on you to generate an accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statement for that month so I can share them with my accountant. No payroll or invoicing work is involved, so all of your effort can go into meticulous reconciliation and clean, timely reporting. Deliverables for each monthly session: • Fully reconciled QuickBooks file with supporting notes on any outstanding items • PDF exports of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement dated for the period reconciled • Brief summary of issues found and actions taken You’ll work during a mutually agreed eight-hour per month. and confirm completion the same day.
