Description

Full time Project Manager for Manufactured Home projects wanted to join our team. Home construction knowledge and some building experience required. Duties include: site inspections, measuring lots, assessing delivery and best installation options, completing drawing plot plans, working with property management and entire team from inception to completion. Must be able to communicate well, be organized, detail oriented, creative as well as be a team player. Will need to confirm that permits are processed in a timely manor and all inspections by county or city staff are performed, approved and signed off. Key-Cad knowledge a plus.
