We are seeking a full-time employee with a background in commercial insurance, customer service, or sales to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and eager to grow with us. Experience in insurance is preferred, but we’re also open to training someone who’s motivated and ready to learn. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and obtain your insurance license while on the job. Responsibilities: Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, and renewals Provide excellent customer service over the phone and by email Support sales activities and help maintain client relationships Handle data entry, documentation, and general office tasks Communicate with insurance carriers and follow up on applications Requirements: Experience in commercial insurance or customer service preferred Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Must be willing to learn and take initiative Insurance license preferred but not required (we can help you get licensed) Farsi-speaking a plus due to many Farsi-speaking clients, but not required Schedule & Pay: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, in a private office Starting salary based on experience, with room for growth How to Apply: Please reply to this ad with your resume and contact information.
