You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, so flexibility, initiative, and teamwork are key. Responsibilities • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space. • Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency. • Operate warehouse equipment. • Support special projects or operational needs as the startup grows.
