Role Overview We are hiring a Registered Nurse and Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted coach and guide for our candidates. This role is critical in supporting nurses through the relocation, licensing transfer, and immigration journey. As a RN Guide, you will leverage your clinical experience and understanding of the nursing profession to build trust, provide guidance, and ensure each candidate is fully prepared to succeed in their new role. You will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the U.S. healthcare system by filling critical workforce gaps while helping nurses secure long-term stability through Green Card sponsorship. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the relocation, licensing, and immigration process. - Educate and coach nurses on licensing transfers, exam preparation, and practice standards in their new state of employment. - Provide empathetic guidance to candidates as they navigate major personal and professional transitions. - Collaborate closely with Flint’s immigration, operations, and partner facility teams to ensure a seamless experience for nurses. - Track candidate progress and proactively identify challenges or delays, providing creative solutions to keep processes on track. - Advocate for candidates’ needs while maintaining strong partnerships with facility stakeholders. - Contribute to Flint’s mission by helping place nurses into roles where they can make an immediate impact on patient care. Requirements - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S. - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an RN (International Experience welcome) - Knowledge of immigration processes (preferred, not required). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. - Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting nurses through a complex process. - Ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously.

Help wanted for laundry staff to work afternoon shift at clinic. Preferably someone with experience washing bed linens, personal clothing, towels, etc. in a laundry setting and with little or basic knowledge of English to communicate with staff at the clinic for elderly/sick patient care.
