The food runner’s primary responsibility is to ensure guest delight by providing an exceptional experience that makes our guests want to return again and again. Their energy is “up and out”. Basic duties are to deliver guest orders to the table, ensure all plates are clean and garnished appropriately, assist guests with any extra food items they may need.
