The Archer Ale House is looking for a new Late Night Cook to join our team! We promote a tight-nit, energetic and friendly environment with an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation. We have a scratch kitchen and take real pride in our food. We don't just reheat premade food, in our kitchen we actually cook, so there are many opportunities to learn. This position requires a candidate with prior BOH experience (>2 years). We need a part-time line cook, but for the right candidate with a willing attitude, there could be opportunity to earn additional shifts. We make our food from scratch and that requires additional skills that aren't taught in most kitchens. Every team member is expected to do any kitchen duty that may be required at any time. That includes washing dishes. Everyone who works in our kitchen does dishes. The initial shifts will be Tuesday from 3PM - 11:30PM, and then Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5PM - 12:30AM.
