ShareHello, and thanks for checking us out. We are a unique cafe that has been established for the last 15 years. We have a lot of things going on, so I'm just gonna lay it all out there. You would need a few years of food experience just to be considered for this position. You'll need to solve problems. You will also be a barista. You will do some baking. But most importantly, we need a person that can see system entropy and correct it. All while having a good time, crackin' jokes, and making our customers feel like they made a good decision for joining us. There are really no exceptions to the above parameters. We are not willing to train individuals without experience in all of the required fields. All new hires are on a trial basis; this position isn't for everyone. If you like service work, this place has it all. Some perks: The tips are great and paid out daily, and you'll always have Sunday off. Free meals and coffee drinks just for showing up.
