I am looking for only one or two very highly qualified and currently (RE) licensed people to assist me with a number of Multifamily and Commercial real estate activities, all of which are intended to generate more annual commission revenue, which you will share in. Job description will include: making outbound calls (every single call to a verified property owner - looking for a fearless caller), database (CRM) management, sending outgoing emails, creating and sending mailers, property flyers and market data, and assisting with proposals, listings, escrows and closings. I will be directly responsible for selecting which property types and locations you focus on and when. You need to be licensed, and will be paid from each and every closing. So if you are currently a server or bartender at night (for example) then you can do this during the day and on Weekends if available. You can eventually work towards being an agent on your own, with no cap whatsoever on your earnings. There's around 80 rental units and some light construction to manage the bookkeeping and help with property management. We use Appfolio property management software and Quickbooks, so best if you're highly skilled on those. Must have experience with Quickbooks DESKTOP version (not Quickbooks Online). Current bookkeeping needs to be maintained current, plus some prior years' records that were recently found need to be data entered and amended on tax returns to capture refunds and loss carry forwards.
