Responsibilities: New security feature test design for Gateway Switches & Wireless Access Points. Design, build, and maintain testbed infrastructure, triage automated regression failures and provide failure analysis to certify software releases. Develop the test plans based on requirements & specifications and provide feedback from a testing perspective. Improve the test system and efficiency. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of testing network products. Basic knowledge of Radius, VLAN technologies, 802.1x, Captive portal. Good understanding of networking architecture such as Routing/Switching (OSPF / BGP /IS-IS), IP, TCP/UDP, and application layers such as HTTP, SNMP, etc. Familiar with 802.11 wireless protocols. Strong ability to write quality code (automation test code) . Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experienced with Cloud performance testing is a plus. Experienced with L3 switch or Gateway test is a strong plus. Experience with a large-scale enterprise network deployment is a plus. Responsibilities: • Sort, process, consolidate, triage, organize, route, palletize, and package both incoming and outgoing asset materials • Quickly diagnose, identify issues, and capture computer hardware or relevant devices information • Follow strict data sanitization and destruction procedures when processing data-bearing assets • Label, log, and document on all assets moving in and out in the area • Inventory products at designated area, organize, and maintain shelf life • Meet or exceed monthly goals and understand the nuanced requirements, deadlines and due dates between each order’s requirement • Ensure a safe and secure working environment • Manage and organize workstation, equipment, staging area and parts area • Research on product value • Handle goods and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage • Maintain clean and safe housekeeping in and around warehouse • Assist in job training to new staff, participants, volunteers, and clients • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • AS degree or 2 years of related jobs experiences working in a warehouse environment • Familiarity with a wide variety computer hardware components and operating systems • Understand the up-to-date computer hardware components verse older generations • Push or pull heavy objects into position using pallet jacks or other moving carts • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Server and Networking equipment experience a plus • Microsoft, A+, N+ certifications a plus This position reports to ITAD Supervisor Email: jobs@cews.com your resume and ensure to include [HAYWARD] in your email title

Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.  Requirements Qualifications:  5+ years experience in network products testing, familiar with testing methods and processes. Stay up-to-date with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi 7, etc.) and industry trends Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi issue debug methods. Hands-on experience with networking test tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, IxChariot). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in the development and testing of Wi-Fi Router, Mesh Wi-Fi Systems Experience with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory testing.
