There is no option to include parking with craigslist, but it is a very large "U" shaped driveway, which you will have full access to park, and no one else other than to pass through. The backyard you will have access to, however I will need to access as well during the day, to maintain. The Elementary / middle school system is regarded as one of the best. The property is on one acre and retail is as roughly $820,000. I am looking for 3500 per month. One year rental agreement, that I will have my attorney draw up. Everything standard. This is a very quiet private road, and the neighbors are great. The property sits on about one acre. Id mind that the renters respect that. Dogs, and cats are welcome, as long as they are trained.
