$800 / 1br - 100ft2 - Room for rent in a spacious Meridian home (Meridian)

I have 1 room that will be available for rent October 17th. The house is located in a nice neighborhood near Meridian Road and Ustick. there's quick and easy access to Boise and the interstate. The room is about 10x10 and has carpet flooring. It shares a full bathroom. $800 a month with a 6 month lease or 1000 month to month. Power, gas, water, and sewer are included. The price I've listed is what you pay. Each resident has a parking space for one vehicle and their own space in the pantry and fridge. There are a washer and dryer you'll have access to when they're not already in use. I rent to people who are in the process of putting their lives back together. I don't judge a person for past mistakes. I will do a background check, but a record isn't necessarily disqualifying, and you'll still be considered. Unfortunately, I can't currently rent to any additional registered persons. And anyone currently on supervision will need approval from their po. This is strictly a drug, alcohol, and weapon free household. I'm looking for quiet, responsible adult roommates. No parties, no smoking in the house, and no overnight visitors, please.
