Looking for experienced Furniture MOVER/DRIVER for Home Staging (Van Nuys) MUST HAVE VALID DL LICENSE and be able to drive BOX TRUCK compensation: 16-20 employment type: part-time We are looking for a flexible / on call EXPERIENCED DRIVERS and FURNITURE MOVERS. Our ideal candidates have EXPERIENCE WRAPPING AND MOVING FURNITURE AND ARTWORK safely and can organize and inventory furniture and accessories. **Furniture assembly skills are a plus*** Our projects are all over the city, and our warehouse is located in Van Nuys. CLEAN LOOK. Duties consist of, but are not limited to, moving furniture in and out of homes and our warehouse, driving an 18' or 26' (sometimes larger) box truck, packing the truck, installing furniture, artwork light cleaning, organizing, and misc errands. Items go in and out for multiple home staging a week and we are looking for an organized, articulate, easy-going, It's a "think on your feet" person who can keep track of the growing inventory and help the designers pack and unpack to and from staging installations. . Ideal person should be able to move/lift boxes and not have a problem helping move a chair or couch. *Must have a positive attitude and be able to get along with everyone.
