As a sales advisor, you will be given monitor, a desk, office phone, warm leads, a script, and training. You will be simply asked to call the warm leads (who have already expressed interest in selling their homes) send them a purchase agreement and ask them to sign it. You will verify their contact information is correct and guide them through the sales process until they close on their house. We aim to make closings happen between 10 to 30 days. Compensation will be purely commission. The schedule is flexible, though. I currently am working another job to pay the bills until I get a consistent cash flow, so you can do the same. You will typically call 50 leads a day. Typically, five of those will sign a contract and typically at least one of those will end up closing.
