Job Description: Our well-established custom cabinetry company designs, manufactures and installs cabinetry for luxury homes and discerning clients throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding areas for over 20 years. This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who can work in the shop assembling components for future installation. Duties and Responsibilities: • Install high-end closets, kitchens, and TV cabinets precisely according to plans, blueprints, or verbal instructions. • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy in installation. • Work within designated timelines to meet project deadlines while maintaining the company’s standards of excellence. • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and clear communication at job sites. • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. • Proactive communication with supervisors regarding any job site issues to prevent or resolve potential challenges. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in installing luxury closets cabinetry, and kitchens. • Expertise in handling cabinetry, millwork, paneling, with exceptional precision • Strong foundational skills in carpentry, including comprehensive knowledge of techniques, materials, and tools. • Must possess tools needed for cabinetry and carpentry work on site. • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including table saw, router, etc. • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional and friendly level • Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time Requirements: • Valid Driver’s license is required with clean background check and professional references.
