The role of the Zamboni Driver at Skatetown is to provide a consistently excellent sheet of ice and to perform routine maintenance on facility equipment. Prior facility maintenance and repair experience is required. We'll make you a "certified Zamboni driver" and even issue you an official Zamboni Driver's License. We want someone that is interested in learning how to make a great sheet of ice and prides themselves on doing so. Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc). Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required A current driver’s license is required One year of facility or property maintenance experience is required EPA certification is required Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
