This role combines accounting, payroll, HR, subcontractor management, and project support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats, handling multiple priorities, and ensuring smooth office operations while supporting the owner and project managers. Option for work-from-home or hybrid Hourly or salary compensation, 30hrs+ to full time options Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping • Enter bills, assign costs to jobs, and process bi-weekly payments. • Maintain up-to-date financial records and allocate expenditures to proper accounts. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly. • Manage weekly invoicing, contractor payment portals, lien waivers, deposits, and collections. • Prepare job-specific P&L and balance sheet reports as requested. • Support year-end tax preparation and work with CPA/tax professionals. Caregiver needed two days a week. Days are flexible. Hours needed are 7:00am-8:30am and 10pm-10:30pm. This is for a kind gentleman in his 70’s who needs assistance getting in and out of bed to the wheelchair. A.M. duties would include dressing, grooming and up to the wheelchair with the assistance of a lift. Morning meds, coffee and breakfast. P.M. duties would include nighttime meds, and helping to get comfortable for bedtime. Days of the week could be flexible. The current caregiver does not get consistent time away, so I am hoping to find someone that can work with the current caregiver to figure out a schedule that works to help them get some days off.
