Starting pay is $19 if you don't have experience, up to $22.00 if you're super fast with a blower. These pay rates assume you have a valid Arizona driver license and are able to drive for us. We're a friendly, hard-working landscaping company that mostly does residential maintenance. THC IS ALLOWED. We treat weed the same as alcohol, you can use it but NOT before or during work. Other drugs are not allowed and we will drug test you. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but you need to be able to work hard in the Arizona heat - but don't worry, we'll help you get your body used to the the heat. Lots of opportunities for advancement and lots of pay raises. FULL TIME permanent position. Monday-Friday. Around 40 hours per week. Paid overtime, holidays, vacation, and sick time. PAID WEEKLY. Dental, vision, life insurance. Most employees receive a bonus most months. We provide all equipment. Must be friendly. Must be here every day and on time. Must walk quickly.
