We’re searching for a dedicated Maintenance & Facilities Technician to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all restaurant systems - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, cooking equipment, lighting, carpentry, painting, drywall, and more. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions (fryers, walk-ins, dispensers, chillers, glycol units, etc.) Respond promptly to urgent issues with minimal disruption - be the first responder Coordinate and oversee third party vendors (pest control, grease traps, gardeners, fire safety, etc.) Support digital systems like security cameras, POS hardware, and Wi-Fi/back-up installs Manage small to medium scale installation projects (fixtures, shelves, storage, furniture, ADA upgrades, etc.) Maintain and organize maintenance tools.
