DELIVERY DRIVER compensation: $17/20hr DOE employment type: full-time job title: Parts driver / SHOP HELPER Automotive Machine Shop In this position, you will serve as the delivery driver and shop helper. Additionally, you will be trained on automotive machine shop equipment. All you will need in this position is to be dependable, pleasant, with a team-oriented attitude and a valid driver’s license. The ability to frequently lift and move 50+ lbs. and you will be trained to safely operate a forklift. Applicants should have: * Valid driver's license * Great work ethic * Lift 50# on regular basis * Familiar with automotive industries is helpful. Compensation: - Starting Compensation: $17/$20hr (Depending on Experience) - Full time positions working 40 hours per week plus overtime - Schedule is Monday - Friday days. - Paid holidays, vacation/PTO. Responsibilities     •    Measure, mark, and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into specific layouts.     •    Prepare and level surfaces for tile installation, including applying mortar, adhesives, and grout.     •    Lay ceramic, porcelain, stone, and specialty tiles with precision and attention to detail.     •    Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to plan layouts.     •    Mix and apply setting materials and ensure proper spacing and alignment of tiles.     •    Supervise and train tile setters, apprentices, and helpers on best practices and safety standards.     •    Operate tile cutting machines, grinders, and other tools safely and effectively.     •    Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, materials, and job sites.     •    Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress and design details.     •    Inspect finished surfaces to ensure flawless workmanship and durability. Qualifications     •    High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in tile installation preferred.     •    Minimum 5 years of professional tile installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.     •    Strong knowledge of tile materials, adhesives, grout, sealants, and layout techniques.     •    Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.     •    Proficiency with tile cutting tools, grinders, wet saws, and hand tools.     •    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.     •    Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments.     •    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.     •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
