POSITION SUMMARY Sleep center scheduler involves coordinating with office staff, authorization teams, and physician’s offices to schedule consults, follow-up appointments, and sleep studies. The scheduler uses medical terminology and scheduling knowledge to select the correct procedure and coordinates information with other departments. They also assist the Sleep Center Manager in the day-to-day operations, including patient scheduling, room utilization, and patient education. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1-year experience working in a healthcare field with patient contact or appropriate credentialing for the position held. • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, superior attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills. • Valid Florida Driver's License for travel to clinic required. Responsibilities:  Review accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, posting cash receipts and collections.  Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts.  Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.  Reconcile Inter-Company accounts.  Review and process customer’s credit memos and refunds.  Review and research Customers credit application for approval by Accounting Manager and/or VP of Finance.  Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.  Perform other related duties as required to support the accounting department.
