The Group Home Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the group home, providing support and supervision to residents, managing staff schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resident activities, managing the home’s budget, and handling any emergencies or issues that arise.
