We are seeking a customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service. Responsibilities: - Providing Expert Guidance: Quickly learn and master our menu to confidently guide customers, explain dishes, and make personalized recommendations. - Seamless Service Execution: Efficiently take orders, manage tables, and process payments using our Toast POS system. - Crafting Beverages: Prepare and serve beverages. - Handling Take-Out Operations: Accurately manage phone orders, package to-go orders with care, and ensure a smooth pickup/delivery process for our guests. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate service. - Maintain a clean and organized front, dining, and bathroom area. *Toast POS Knowledge preferred *Vietnamese-speaking preferred *Prior experience in a restaurant is preferred Hours Available: Monday 3:00 - 9:00 PM (1 position) Wednesday 3:00 - 9:00 PM (1 position) Thursday 3:00 - 9:00 PM (1 position) Friday 3:00 - 10:30 PM (1 position) Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 position) & 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM (1 position) Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 position) & 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM (1 position) Please send a resume with your experience (including our preferred experience) and availability from the hours listed.

Position Summary: As a Penske Collision Repair Appraiser at our Woodland branch you are responsible for writing collision repair estimates.
