Responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, busser, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service areas. Support setup, breakdown, and restocking duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications · Minimum 21 years of age (to serve alcohol). · 2 years’ experience in fine dining or upscale service environment. · Strong communication and guest service skills. · Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. · Proficient in basic math and POS systems. · Team-oriented, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone to spend most of the shift working the floor: managing the staff, engaging with with guests and ensuring that service and food quality is excellent.
