Award winning chef Brad Kilgore just opened his first Ft. Myers restaurant, OISE Ristorante this past July and is now expanding to Cape Coral. OISE is a Japanese and Italian concept that Chef Kilgore first popped up in Miami first and is now expanding to Florida’s west coast.
