Looking for someone to move in help with the bills renting a room could a good idea also if you needed a small office if you work from home or crafts side hustle to add income while you daily grind the 9-5 we can make it happen super open to ideas etc. Bedroom will be ready in a week or so once I get im room all buttoned up. Bamboo floors small closet ceiling fan etc. One of the coldest rooms since AC handler is on the other side of the wall. 4 Bedrooms wood floors all the rooms 2 Baths both remodeled during covid lockdowns Newer AC its on low all day Large Fenced yard Wifi Fiber internet Full kitchen set up all the pots pans mixer grills crock pot all the stuff to cook with Sectional living room large tv surround sound if you wanna chill in the living room watch shows Laundry newer washer dryer for clean clothes Drive way parking About Other Roomie "Me" Co-Hab Roomie is an older 50's positive white dude sarcastic funny 99% of the time jokin around to lighten the mood Dogs lovable with doggy door to back yard Works 7 days a week most of the time making money to dig my ass out of the hole I got tossed into "willing" Looking for... Someone who works or in the mindset they have a cool place cheap to dig themselves out of a situation or someone who can benefit from low rent while making a new cool friend. Possibilities endless.. Ive rented to 18's to 60's over the decades and tend to mess well with everyone. Be a nice human not a hermit crab meaning walk in and hide 24/7 creating a weird roomie vibe, sure privacy I get it, but hermit crabs need not apply honestly.
