Hello, I'm looking to sublet my well-lit 2-bedroom condo with a beautiful balcony while I am outside the country. The available dates are January 15 until September 15, 2026. The start date is flexible. We can talk about the dates. Located in the highly sought-after East Side of Providence Wayland Square neighborhood, the building and the neighborhood are quiet, a short walk to parks, coffee shops, yoga, restaurants, walking trails, Brown University, RISD, and everything the East Side has to offer. Definitely one of the most desirable parts of the East Side. It’s easy to get all your errands done on foot, and also easy to get on the highway to drive in any direction to local hospitals, the beach, etc. The condo is on the third floor - it's a walk-up. Here’s what it offers: Bedroom with a queen-sized bed Office/guest room with a twin daybed. I use the second bedroom as an office, so the place is set up well for someone working at home. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, balcony with a beautiful view The bathroom has a small bathtub that is lovely for baths There is a gorgeous balcony in the front that you will be able to enjoy in spring and summer months as a second living room. Hardwood floors Dishwasher in kitchen Gas stove New modern oven The washer-dryer is coin-operated in the basement. A parking space is included. Lots of books, I'm a writer so there will be a lot of books if you want to read! There's a picture of the woods in here too because you are a five minute walk to nature in Blackstone Park. This is in addition to the walking path on Blackstone Boulevard. This is a beautiful neighborhood with everything you could want in walking distance, nature, yoga, cafes, etc. Payment/Deposit: Rent: $2350 per month (includes all utilities, including heat, electricity, gas, wifi to make it easy for us) What I am looking for: I am looking for someone who is very responsible and would be careful with the place, as I value it and the contents highly! The place is fully furnished with care. I would love to find someone who understands this is my home and would treat it with respect. Ideally just one person.
