That's why home and rent prices have skyrocketed, the Goddamn greedy as Goddamn fucking shit private equity /corporations mainly BlackRock bought up many of the single family homes, condos and rental units back when they were priced low and then rented them out at ridiculously high prices. Their goal is to own every single Goddamn home in America and charge outrageous rent.. And our fuck God shit government is glad to assist just like with the outsourcing. And now they're even buying up mobile home parks then tripling the rent and forcing the homeowners to abandon their mobile homes. Then the private equity corporations and take over the mobile homes (basically stealing them) and then rent them out. Or sometimes just bulldoze the park and put up condos. The former owners have to either move in with family or live in the streets as moving the mobile homes would be too expensive and most would fall apart if they try to move them. Only a totally fuck God, fucked up sack of steaming shit government like ours would allow this. Matter of fact the politicians think it's funny since they're all Goddamn fucking rich as fuck God shit. Now in many states like CA you need a Fuck God million dollars to buy a Goddamn decent house. Soon only the super rich will be able to purchase a home and everyone else will have to rent. Fuck God if there is one for this shit Fuck god country !!!!!
