Building metal stud walls, soffits, bulkheads, and ceiling systems. Installing door/window frames, headers, backing, and blocking. Coordinating with other trades to keep framing square, plumb, and to spec. Following safety practices (PPE, fall protection) and maintaining a clean work area. Plumbing Rough-in and finish for residential/light commercial: DWV, water supply (PEX/Copper/CPVC), and fixture set-outs. Installing and connecting sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, water heaters (tank/tankless), and related valves. Pressure testing, leak checks, proper venting and trap assemblies to code. Reading plans, executing per specs, and communicating material needs. Safe use of tools (cutting, soldering/brazing/crimping) and jobsite housekeeping. General Responsibilities (All Roles) Deliver precise, clean workmanship that meets quality expectations. Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow company safety policies. Adhere to project timelines, specs, and site rules. Qualifications Verifiable experience in one or more of the following: Metal Framing: Layout, stud/track installation, soffits/ceilings, openings, and hardware. Plumbing: Rough-in/finish work, fixtures, water heaters, pressure tests, and code compliance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own basic tools for your trade (Metal Framing or Plumbing). Reliable transportation.
