You will work as part of a team to provide top-notch cleaning services and be expected to follow specific cleaning directions to meet each client’s individual needs. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.). Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other areas as required. Follow detailed checklists and instructions provided by the cleaning team and clients. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Report any maintenance or repair needs identified during cleaning. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. Adhere to all health and safety protocols. General Duties: - Making sure people are following company rules. - Ensuring the yards are kept clean and that all company property is accounted for during each shift. - More specific duties include directing material handlers - Performing check-in/check-out procedures with crews - Reporting vehicle issues to the fleet team - Assisting with material distribution - Maintaining a spreadsheet of data regarding materials This position is in frequent communication with the dispatchers, the branch fleet manager, as well as personnel at our corporate office.
