I am leasing my upper Master Bedroom for ONE person (NO kids, NO pets) in a large 3300sf 5 bedrooms, 3+1/2 baths, well-designed and just built new house in Lake Oswego. Easy and close access to I-5, I-205 and 217. The room has its own lock and is around 320sf, fully furnished with a 45in tv (tv plan not included ) and hardwood floor. The room has it own private, and huge (around 170sf) tiled floor bathroom with both shower and bathtub, double sink and separated toilet. The room also has a huge walk-in closet for around 110sf . and with all build in closets and hangers. The private area is total around 600sf I am a highly educated working professional 40-ish Asian male and currently spending time majorly out of town. There is one 50-ish medical professional Caucasian male living downstairs master, and one 30-ish Caucasian female living upper stairs on the other side of the house. You will get your own assigned cabinet and refrigerator sections in the kitchen. (You can bring your own refrigerator but only in your room) In the house, we have all hardwood flooring, expect tile bathrooms and shared laundry room. We share Huge and bright kitchen, big dinning room and great room area with leather recliners and massage chair, we also have a bigger tv in the great room. But no TV plans, only online streams apps. WE have high-speed WIFI, full security cameras, whole house AC, large side decks with natural gas for BBQ's and private sunbathing area. The ideal candidate would be someone that is respectful, reliable, trustworthy, and clean. I am in no rush to fill the room; it is more important to me to find the right fit than rent the room right away. NO smoke indoors, only on the deck or outside. And NO Pets please. you can have a parking space in front of the garage, but EV charging will be extra. Month to Month Lease. (if it turns out you do not like it or I do not like you, given each other a 30days notice, then you can move out) The rent is $1500, plus one share of utilities, which can runs about $150 per month, (or $1650 includes all utilities). Security/Cleaning $400 deposit and last month deposit $1650 due upon move-in besides the first month payment prorated. Background check will be $70 and a formal application is needed.
