Ideal housing for attorney document reviewers, pilots/flight attendants/airport workers, Amazon workers, and traveling nurses who desire a clean, safe, homely environment. The housing is ideal for people who are originally from out-of-state, and is relocating to the Charlotte area. Although professionals are definitely encouraged to apply, also looking for people who have a balanced lifestyle and not workaholics. The house is located in the Westerly Hills area, between the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown. Both Uptown and the airport are less than 10 minutes drive. Public transportation to airport and Uptown are easily accessible. Walmart, Popeyes, Church's Chicken, Bojangles, and Burger King are also within close proximity to the house. My home has a warm vibe; it is homely, and guests are always welcome. While it is not a party house, it is also not the quietest house. TERMS/DURATION: Month-to-Month lease with 30 days notice. Rent is $1000/month Security Deposit is $1000 The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful.
