The Role We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, manage installation crews, and uphold our brand promise of service, quality, and trust. This role reports directly to ownership and is a key part of our long-term expansion. Responsibilities: - Manage daily field operations: insulation removal/installation, attic sealing, radiant barrier, and solar fans. - Supervise, train, and hold crews accountable to company standards. - Ensure all jobs are logged and tracked in FieldPulse CRM. - Protect profitability through job planning, inventory management, and cost control. - Maintain customer satisfaction, handling any escalations with professionalism. - Lead with integrity, ensuring the company’s values of service, problem-solving, and customer trust are lived out. - Conduct in-home estimates and represent the company professionally with homeowners. - Be available to the owner on an on-call basis. Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role. Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and government agencies. Coordinate with permitting agencies to obtain necessary approvals for design plans. Oversee the construction phase of projects, providing technical support and ensuring compliance with design specifications. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes. Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred.
