We are currently looking for an administration assistant to work in our office Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm with no weekends. You will mainly be responsible for locating projects on different websites, getting quotes from our project manager, composing proposals to send out to General Contractors, following up on proposals. You will also be responsible for answering the phones, filing and maintaining an accurate production logs, sending out requested marketing material, booking hotel stays for our crews as well as any other office related tasks that may be asked by your superiors.
