Job description You will primarily be responsible for Managing Drivers, Dealing with customers, Police calls, answering phones, dispatching tow truck drivers, creating invoices, entering data into register, releasing vehicles, routing drivers to calls as well as managing other office responsibilities like Invoicing CHP, taking care of front office etc. Opening the office at 8:00am is the requirement of the Job This position requires a lot of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of towing software, MS spreadsheets, Basic math, Calculation is must. We dispatch calls for multiple police agencies so it's imperative to have great attention to detail and a high level of energy.
