Full job description Summary of Functions: Day to day responsibility includes careful inspection of parts and enforcement of quality standards while maintaining a timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, organization, and staying focused are key attributes to help with your individual success as well as the company’s. Having a good attitude and respect for fellow coworkers are crucial to help cultivate a positive work environment. Daily Job responsibilities • Inspect and verify incoming/IPQA / FQA materials, components, and parts according to established procedures and specifications. • Documenting and reporting quality on parts produced. • Must be familiar with basic QA equipment’s like, calipers, rulers’ micrometers, microscopes etc. • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects, damage, or deviations from specifications. • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of incoming material inspections. • Communicate with managers or supervisors to address quality issues, discrepancies, or non-conformities found during inspections. • Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of the quality equipment and work environment. • Communicating well with other team members to help solve problems. • Follow managers directions for perform any additional jobs to help QA or other departments. Experience and/or educational requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with cable assembly background in QA department. • Must be able to read and write in English. • Basic math skills addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented and strong work ethic. • Basic experience using Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry it for short distances. • Must be able to sit or stand for 2 hours at a time. Job Summary: Primary responsibilities are to set up, run trouble-shoot and lead the production/output of the company’s Digital Printing Equipment, and prepare printed products for distribution/shipping.
