Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Agent's Office (Elmhurst)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-centric Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Queens, New York. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the insurance process. • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies to meet their specific requirements. • Conduct thorough and accurate policy reviews, ensuring customers have the coverage they need. • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, consistently striving for success. • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture. • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Requirements: • Fluency in Chinese and/or Spanish, in addition to English, is essential. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve. • Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to integrate into our office culture. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
