Need help (Goodyear)

So soon I'll be going to Job Corp a trade school known for its free education and housing and more for people in between the ages of 16 to 24. I just got confirmed to go by next Tuesday or the Tuesday after. Problem is theres a no pets allowed policy unless a service or ESA. I have my dog, her names Lexie. She just turned 8 and is usually a sweetheart but extremely skittish and barky during first contact. I can't take her with me to Job Corp but i can't rehome her either because of how emotionally dependent i am on her. I was hoping to find someone in the Phoenix area close to job corp to take care of her until i graduate within a year with weekend visits etc and taking her off your hands on vacation weeks when im off campus. This will not be permanent for those worried about having to keep her for more than a year. She has her pin, water and food bowl, shes up to date on her shots. Shes spayed so no heat worry or accidental pregnancies, shes active but usually lays and chills. She is a inside dog but can be a outside dog if needed. Dog food will be provided overtime when needed, she eats mostly Pedigree or sometimes Rachel Ray if i can afford it. I'm looking for someone who doesn't have to worry about to much pet rent and in Pheonix near the Job Corp Campus in Phoenix AZ and i need urgent responses because I'm running out of time and if i still have her by the time i get into job corp I'm gonna be homeless. I can't afford food for when she goes to you but job corp does provide paychecks and im willing to give dog food afted the first 2 weeks there. She eats 1 cup of food a meal once in the morning another at night. She can't have oats or grains if you decide to feed her table food. She can be a human bed dog, a dog bed dog or a kennel dog but she usually hates sleeping in her pin and will sometimes bark once or twice. Shes not bad with other dogs but she does tend to play rough and can get skittish with younger over active dogs because of her age Her favorite toys are tennis balls and anything with a squeaker, shes not as rough as a player as she was when she was a puppy she hopefully she won't tear up the toys to quickly She loves water but doesn't know how to swim much so if your willing to teach her just a heads up Aside from that, that is it. This is my request and i hope someone is willing to help despite my lack in funds. You will be paid for your efforts though it may sound like a hopeless promise i will pay you back in actual money when i obtain the funds
