Requirements Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Draft, review, negotiate, and prepare commercial contracts including supply agreements, sales agreements, real estate contracts, and vendor agreements (including information technology contracts) and provide advice to business teams concerning the same. Assist with collections and other legal matters relating to Customer defaults. Assist with and manage Accidents, litigation, and other related topics around daily business operations.
