We Offer: Stable, Local Work: No piecework, no jobs over 30 miles from the shop, and reliable hourly pay. Guaranteed Hours: Regular 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday schedule. What You'll Do: You will be the face of our quality craftsmanship, handling all aspects of window installation in the field. Perform precise window installations, including block frame, nailing flange, and stucco fin work. Handle exterior prep, such as siding cut-back and detailed trim work. Safely operate power tools like circular, table, and chop saws. Work comfortably on ladders to ensure perfect installations. We're Looking For: Experienced Installer or a dedicated Trainee ready to learn the trade. A background in construction or finish carpentry is a big plus! Comfortable with power tools and basic math/measurements. Ability to lift heavy items regularly. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required. Ready to Build a Career?
