Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. I'm looking for someone to table saw and chop saw a large amount of wood for me. I would bring the wood and work with you to make sure you have the process down. I can pay $20/hr or per material amount.

Experienced Cabinet Installers and Service Technicians needed for full time employment. Pay is up to typically $800- $1500+ per week depending on your skills and speed. All work is residential new home construction with occasional remodels and custom homes. Installer pay rate is based on a per box rate so the more you install, the more you earn. Additional trip charges are paid for work done outside of the Rio Rancho/Albuquerque metro area. Service tech pay starts at $30-$40 per hour with the potential to earn more based on the amount of service you are capable of doing. We are looking for installers who are responsible, reliable and hard workers to add to our team. Must be willing and able to work full time. Must be physically able to do this work. Must have own tools and reliable vehicle. MUST have experience INSTALLING CABINETS. If you do not have experience installing cabinets, do not apply. You must be able to work independently right away with minimal training but we are willing to train the right person.
