ShareSkilled Finish Carpenter – $30/hr (Sacramento – 95838) Location: Sacramento, CA (Zip: 95838) Pay: $25-30/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start time Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join a collaborative team building high-quality homes in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities: Install interior trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other finish components with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper execution of design specifications Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in construction, framing, finish carpentry, and drywall Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong general labor and rough carpentry skills Commercial construction experience preferred Expertise in installation and trim work High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Physical Requirements: Must have the physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to perform tasks in various areas Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with Aerotek If interested, please send a fully completed resume to dshilovskiy@aerotek.com
