Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator. Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their trade and wants to be valued for their expertise.Lead the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet (diesel trucks, heavy equipment, light-duty vehicles, and trailers). Diagnose and repair diesel, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Work with operations staff to ensure equipment reliability. Mentor junior mechanics and be the go-to expert in the shop. 5–10 years of professional mechanic experience with a focus on diesel engines and heavy equipment or truck repair.
