This is an entry role. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. A Maintenance Assistant’s primary role is to assist and support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property/ies listed above. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. Certified Electrician needed for residential work and commercial work. We are looking for someone that has 4+ years of experience (Hands on experience with new construction and remodel work). Some examples may include rough wiring, troubleshooting using multimeter, installation of new construction and remodel materials for receptacle/switch outlets, single-pole, 3-way and 4-way switches, wall mounted light fixtures, hardwired smoke detectors, recessed lights, EV chargers, PVC/EMT/FLEX conduit, MC cable, low voltage/landscape lighting, replacements of circuit breakers and panel upgrades. This position requires physical work, such as, using power tools, pulling cables and needing to access attic/crawl spaces. Some knowledge of the NEC is also required. We need someone that is responsible, has a reliable source of transportation and can work well with others. Most of the work will be Monday-Saturday and willing to work overtime if necessary.
