The project length can range from two hours to two days. • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs. • Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time. • Independent worker • Communicate with Customers Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. • Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman • Own your own tools • Be insurable for driving our vehicle • Complete a background and driving record check • Able to lift 50 pounds independently • Able to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods of time • Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle As an experienced Handyman, you have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: • Carpentry work • Bathroom improvements • Kitchen improvements • Painting, both inside and out • Drywall work, minor and major repairs • General plumbing and electrical, where allowed by law • Floor installation and refurbishing • Familiar with building codes

We have very nice Company Truck wrapped with Utility Boxes on the sides. Need experienced Carpenter that can do Termite / Fungus Dryrot Repairs. Need to be a fast worker that also is good at finished product. Needs to be comfortable on Ladders/ scaffolding. Good at patching and painting. Needs to be clean organized. Good at measuring and cutting. Looking for experienced, with good driving record, gets along with people well. Lives close to Escondido preferably.

Newly started company looking for a licensed journeyman or master plumber to work on-call as needed. This is for various residential work with a lot of hot water heater swaps. Good chance of becoming full-time quickly. Estimated 10-20 hours of work a week to start as part-time W2. $50 an hour + 5% total revenue of job bonus on every successfully completed job.
